The not-for-profit organization was incorporated on June 2, 2011, because our Board
of Directors concurred on the degree of urgency in low-income communities due largely
to a lack of the services we now provide. Our approach is to conduct seminars or
information sessions on appropriate business attire and hygiene, business communication
and grammar, business etiquette, the job application process, including applicant
rights, interviewing do's and don'ts with skits demonstrating the interview process
and realistic career choices based upon education, experience and skills. We also
provide referrals to adult education centers, job training facilities, recruiters
and human resources managers associated with our program.

Regardless of your current fitness level, we have a program for you. If you are a competitive soccer, tennis, football or basketball player, we can help you achieve your competitive goals. If you are new to exercising, we can train you in a safe, fun environment with science-based, progressive improvement toward your goals. Adult fitness is a one on one personal training session with a trainer. This will be conducted with a fitness assessment first to determine your goals, strength and weaknesses. Penny Gamble-Williams, founder and Executive Director of OHKE was the elected Sunksqua (1995-2002) of the Chappaquiddick Tribe of the Wampanoags and currently serves as Spiritual Advisor and Board Member. She is a visual artist, storyteller, spoken-word performer, cultural presenter, and radio talk show personality. Thunder Williams, co-founder and Chairman, Board of Directors of OHKE is a native of Trinidad and Tobago and adds his rich Afro-Carib ancestry to the cultural network. He is a trial attorney, photographer, cultural presenter, and radio talk show host and producer.
